MyCovid is a booking and facilitating service only for customers to select a clinic, date and time for SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Testing. The accountability and service for the actual test lies with the test clinic or centre you choose, although all lead practitioners will abide with the terms and conditions required by MyCovid to become a test centre.

Our service and how you use it:
By using our Website and/or Services, you confirm that you are:
- Legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- At least 16 years old
- Resident in the UK
- Not currently experiencing symptoms consistent with Covid-19
- Accessing our Website from the UK
In order to be able to book online for a SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Test, you must create a user registration on the website during your booking.
During your booking and registration, you are required to complete a consent form online and by signing this you are explicitly giving consent to MyCovid to process your details for the purpose described on the form. It is important that you read the consent form and do not sign it if you do not agree with its contents or require any further information. Not antibody test can be performed without an electronically signed consent form.
You will also be required to complete a basic, online medical history form prior to attending an antibody test. This information is confidential and will only be shared with the responsible person at the clinic or test centre to ensure there are no contra-indications for antibody testing. It may be necessary for a practitioner to contact you before your appointment to clarify any points raised in the medical history.
The information you put on this form is confidential and will not affect your eligibility for testing or how you are treated, but would be helpful for your healthcare professional at your chosen test centre.
Our medical history forms are produced by MyCovid in line with best medical practice, and tailored to the specific services you are booking.
